To rescue, care for, foster, treat, spay or neuter orphaned, abandoned or abused cats and place them in temporary or permanent homes, to promote animal welfare, to educate the public about responsible cat ownership, to perform any act or activity furtherance of any of the foregoing purposes and to conduct any other activity permitted or authorized under the laws of the State of Ohio for non-profit corporations.
